Moving Forward

If we as a world can agree on even one thing -- one tiny thing to help move us closer to each other in these troubling times -- then I think that one thing should be this:

Synchronized swimming is not a sport. Can't we all just agree on that? What morons are watching -- let alone doing -- this idiotic activity?

It's not a sport; if we can't stop the schmucks from doing it, then we can at least stop legitimizating it by taking out of the olympic games; we can at least stop watching these misguided beings perform like trained seals. Maybe if we all stopped watching, they could all go on to lead productive lives.
